Events
- Every question needs clear, verifiable outcomes.
- Published criteria and a public source determine the result.
- Administrators review submissions and may reject questions that are unclear, unverifiable, or contain private information or harassment.
Trading
Trading is available only while a prediction is open. Prices come from an automated market maker and move as orders are accepted, so a quote is only an estimate.
Ponymarket rechecks the live prediction, available balance or shares, and price limit before recording a trade. Accepted trades cannot be canceled and remain in event history.
Outcomes
- Single-question events and individual options resolve YES or NO according to their published criteria and source.
- If no reliable result is possible, the affected prediction is voided: net credit effects are reversed while the original trade history is retained.
- Options in a multi-option event resolve independently unless their displayed rules say otherwise; their percentages need not total 100%.
