Historical comparison footage counts only if presenters explicitly identify the depiction as G6 material. Use the official presentation, an official recording or post, and the moderator's firsthand panel relay as evidence. If the scheduled panel is delayed, its replacement presentation substitutes for the July 24 panel named in these rules and the market stays open until it occurs; if it is canceled without a replacement, void the panel-scoped market. If the available evidence conflicts or cannot establish the result reliably, void the affected market.
